MacDrive 7 was introduced in March 2007 and has been replaced by multiple major versions of MacDrive.
Recent MacDrive updates have made it compatible with Windows 8.1, but some users still have trouble running MacDrive on Windows 7 x64. Cannot uninstall MacDrive 7 after updating to Windows 7

Incompatible versions of MacDrive should not be installed when you upgrade to Windows 7 or Vista. If you have already upgraded to Windows 7 or Vista, it will no longer be possible to use the standard control panel to uninstall MacDrive.
Please download and run the appropriate MacDrive 7 Uninstall Tool for your operating system. Please note that this tool is not intended for use with MacDrive 8 or newer.
